The studio will provide guest with complete privacy The kitchen is equipped with a fully furnished setup; including pots, pan oven, fridge and more. Full size bed is provided. Bathroom will have towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer Othe amenities include a TV with Netflix, wifi, Alexa, window AC unit, parking right in front, and a quiet neighborhood. The Compass Cottage measures 700 Sq, Ft. in a "side by side" duplex. Spacious and cozy 1/1 with dine in kitchen. HDTV with Roku and wifi. Bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combo. The cottage is equipped with linens, towels and all the cooking utensils. It has a private entry, and single carport. We have three security cameras on the property. One camera looking up the driveway at the laundry door, one looking out to the driveway and side yard and one looking out onto Marion Ave.

The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. We offer our home to travelers only-we do not accept local reservations.
