This is such a cute place! We had a wonderful stay here while visiting friends in Palauig. It is clean and very safe! I highly recommend!

We had our babymoon here and it was totally worth it! At 8 mos preggy, the place felt safe and comfortable. The room is spacious and aircon is great! Love the patios on every floor! We were the only ones in the place so it felt exclusive and ate Aibii accommodated us really well. 100/100 can recommend and will definitely go back!

My family and I had an excellent stay. Although we used the common guest ammentinities extensively, the host have a great system to keep the place clean and organized. Wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Had a restful stay. Public beach is less than a five minute walk from the place via a dirt road. Lovely view of the sea and the mountains. Locals and the caretaker were kind and welcoming. The house cat, Ailenette, named by a previous guest, is adorable and needs some love. The beach needs some love, too. There's the occasional litter but honestly, since it's a public beach and there's no fee, it should also be on us, ON YOU. The sea was too beautiful for me to be disappointed. What was truly disappointing were the people who would leave their trash on the beach. Tao nga naman. Selfie-selfie lang tapos kung magkalat sa dagat, akala mo sariling bahay lang.

For budget travelers, this host is a cheap alternative to beach resorts. Overall, the house is great. It has both sunset and mountain views. We also enjoyed dipping at the beach nearby. Accessibility: The place is 6-7 hours away from Manila, and 15 mins away from Iba bus terminal (via tricycle). You won't get lost if you will ask the host in advance how to get there. Location: Public beach is just few steps away and it is not crowded. It is also easy to get around. Place and room: The price is worth for its price, having your own bathroom. I hope they could improve bathroom essentials especially the toilet (no flush) and bidet. Other than that, everything would suffice. Services: Ms. Jesusa is very responsive and helpful. We also would like to commend and thank Ate Aibee (the caretaker) for taking care of us during our entire stay. She provided all our requests with all smiles.

We had fun staying in their villa. Ms. Karen was so responsive everytime I have a question she immediately response. What we love about the villa is they have so much bed so many peps can accommodate and we love that they use comforter just like you are in hotel it is so comfy! We also like their restrooms it is so huge and it has a divider for shower room and powder area. On the pool area the ambience is cozy and peaceful. Their caretaker was very kind, friendly and helpful. Everything was superb! We had a great time staying in the villa. Thank you Ms Karen for your kind heart! Godbless you and your team ❤️😊
