The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias! Located in a low traffic area with baseball field and a park within walking distance. 10 minutes from Highway 82. Studio guesthouse has a queen sized Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, dining table & TV. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, keurig and blender.

West Richland Retreat: Cozy 2BR/2BA

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is equipped with high speed WiFi, air condiitoning, and an in unit washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom, equally inviting, offers another cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essential cookware to make it easy to whip up meals.

It's a 1536 sq/ft, fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath home that has everything you need to feel at home. It's situated in North Richland close to Hanford and the Columbia River. The wifi internet speed is 300 MB/S. The large, fully fenced back yard includes a BBQ and patio furniture. It has a single car garage, and two off street parking spaces. We live a few minutes away and are happy to help if needed.
