Roxanne is the best thing that ever happened to Carriacou: she's the best chef in the Grenadines, concocting wonderful dishes from soups and entrées to main courses and desserts, and the presentation is always gorgeous (among our favourites are her callaloo soup, coconut shrimp, lobster, polenta, any of the local pan-fried fishes with veggies, roast chicken, home-made ice-cream, anything chocolate, lemon tart... we love having dinner at the Round House when the restaurant is open and, when it's not, it's good to know that Slipway and the pizza joint are available... we highly recommend this rental!

Fabulous host Lorin! … met a lovely man in the evening who waited for us to arrive and hand us the key, thank you Bernard … bearing in mind that Carriacou was devasted in the Hurricane Beryl, Lorin provided us with a safe and lovely place to rest at… thank you for the food and drink that you left out for us, very much appreciated. If anyone is visiting Carriacou… support this lovely local lady… come and visit this beautiful island, support local people 🥰 thank you again Lorin x

Never disappoints here at Bogles Roundhouse, even after hurricane Beryl Roxanne has managed to keep Bogles Roundhouse ticking and we were delighted to try and support Carriacou with our visit and support of the Kayak Carnival. Special thanks to Roxanne for accommodating us and putting up with our carnival revelry.

Vernilia was an amazing host, she was super communicative and responsive to us, helped us find our way from the ferry to her place, and with our exploring of Carriacou the next day. Truly an excellent host!

Bogles Round House is a lovely property in a beautiful location by the sea. Rooms are large, with a roomy covered outside space, really peaceful area and comfortable bed. Roxanne is a lovely person but has a lot on with running Bogles, two restaurants and helping people with the rebuilding after the hurricane. This does mean though that guests must accept that they need to be independent and not expect 5 star service. Breakfast is great but not always available, and the restaurant was not open during our stay. It would have been really helpful to know this on the listing which would make guest arrival much easier. Most shops and restaurants haven’t yet re-opened, so using a hire car or the local buses is the only way to get around. Having said that, everyone on the island we met were friendly, helpful and positive so we were so pleased we stayed for 5 days. And there are a few really good restaurants-The Slipway in Argyl is great, as was Paradise Beach Bar. Come and visit!

Wilma ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns jeden Abend gafragt, ob es uns an etwas fehle. Im Badezimmer fanden neue Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Shampo, Conditioner, Bodywash. Bodylotion und Seifen. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine und bekamen sogar Waschpulver. Für uns ist sie ein super, super, super Host. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Hurricane Beryl hit Carriacou while we were there. The entire island is devastated. Hosts Scott & Reniza went above & beyond to keep us safe and provided alternative lodging when their place was storm damaged. Good people. We pray for them & all the people in Carriacou.

We did not meet Alana as she was working but we met both of her parents and talked daily as they live next to the airbnb. Her mom made us a lovely homemade lunch while we visited, she assisted us in getting free passes for the Jayden Son fast ferry from Mayreau to Bequia. Very helpful. (Only free on Wednesday). She gave us recommendations to local Breton Whistle Bay where most restaurants are located.

William's oceanfront apartment just south of Hillsborough was a perfect spot to relax and walkable into town. The ocean views were fabulous and being able to walk to a nearly empty beach every day was paradise. William was available with questions and he even tried to get me a rental car when another option fell through.

This Airbnb was up pretty high from the main village and the beach, approximately a 10 to 15 min walk, all up hill. My husband and I loved the walk up and down during the day and in the evening because it kept us active and the scenery was absolutley beautiful! The convenience of taking a taxi is avaiable too and the service is great! You can also take a 10 to 15 min walk to the stunning Atlantic beach on the other side of Atlantic Breeze. We give this most Awesome Airbnb 11 out of 10!! We will most definitely book here again on our next visit to Canouan! Loved it! ❤️❤️

If you’re looking for a true island escape, look no further! Beverly and Gary’s stunning two-bedroom apartment at Rosa’s Guesthouse in Carriacou, Grenada is an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality—not just from our wonderful hosts but also from their pretty inquisitive pup, Coco. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with every detail carefully thought out to create a comfortable and stylish retreat. The open layout, cozy decor, and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. But the best part? You’re literally just steps away from the most beach, where the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze make every moment magical. Beverly and Gary are incredibly knowledgeable about the island and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They provided fantastic recommendations for local dining. We stayed for a month and were very happy! The flat is clean, comfortable and spacious. We self-catered and found the kitchen well-equipped. Shower always had hot water and William even put in a new internet line for us so that we could work on our laptops without any problems. William was always very friendly and quick to respond to any queries and questions.

Nice and cheap house, 5min by walk to town. perfect owner, he welcome us with a bottle of wine...thank you!

Nice views, apartment was clean. We did not realize groceries were not close. We called back our driver to take us to nearest. Neighbors were doing a lot of scream at one another.
