On the main level you have a bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom as well as a second bedroom with Bunk Beds (Queen/Single). On the main level you also have a den which has a double sofa bed. On the upper level, you have the living area/kitchen/second bathroom with AMAZING ocean views. You also have a small room with a bunk bed

Return from the private beach and rinse off on exterior shower before enjoying your favorite beverage in an enchanted will groomed and luscious garden. Enjoy eating in your private deck and return to an evening around a fire pit. The private beach on a low tide is nothing less than breathtaking. Your furry friends are welcome as well on the beach. Our clean and open space is sure to help relax and get away from it all ! It offers the serenity of country living but proximity to restaurants, cafes, beaches and adventures. The beautiful town of Shediac, home of the largest lobster and Parlee Beach Provincial Park, is only a 10 minutes drive. Our place is perfect for family vacations and weekend getaways!

Only 8 minute drive to Sandy Beach & Aboiteau Beach, 17 minute drive to Parlee Beach & Pointe Du Chene Wharf in Shediac! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and all you need for a lobster boil are provided. 😊

We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.
