Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. La casa, situata al piano terra di un antica palazzina ottocentesca, prospetta su un piccolo ma curato giardino. Pur essendo in pieno centro è silenziosa. L'abitazione è situata in una strada ai margini del centro storico, che può sembrare una strada di periferia, ma ha il grande pregio di essere molto vicino al centro storico di Palermo e permette di visitare la città a piedi con assoluta facilità. Siamo vicino al mare, la presenza delle navi che si percepisce, è molto suggestiva

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
