This modern furnished beach cottage (2BR, 1 BA) is the perfect spot if you are looking for walks on white sandy beaches or a quiet time after a day in the waves. The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

You and yours will have so many options of things to do and pleasant memories to make. Taking strolls on the beach, relaxing by the fireplace, playing ping-pong in the garage, boogie-boarding, riding bikes around the area, enjoying friends and family around our large, open-concept living and kitchen area are some of what awaits!

"River Chalet" Riverfront Home with Dock & Hot Tub

The "River Chalet" is a beautiful remodeled fisherman's cottage from 1931 that sits on the banks of the Big Nestucca River in Pacific City. Just a short walk to the beach and nestled in the heart of Pacific City's eclectic "downtown" its the perfect place to slow down and recharge. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the river and walk across the street to get your coffee and scone at the "Grateful Bread" bakery. Launch your kayaks/SUP's from the large dock in the front yard for a sunset paddle!

Coats Cottage

Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Surf Cottage • Monthly Available For Off Season

Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $2,500 per month starting January 20, 2026 - March 30, 2026. All utilities / landscaping included. The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

Beaver Creek Cabin

Beaver Creek Cabin is a modern cabin designed to bring the outdoors inside. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.
