La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

Barbara ist eine sehr nette und gute Gastgeberin. Die Insel ist sehr zu empfehlen, grün und sauber. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und erfüllt die Erwartungen. Ein super Urlaub, jederzeit wieder.

Rossella è una persona di una disponibilità meravigliosa. La sua mission è metterti a tuo agio, aiutarti e venirti incontro. Ceck (in-out) al top. L'annuncio rispecchia quello che troverai, ma non abbastanza. Quando arrivi su quella terrazza entri in un angolo di Paradiso, ti immergi nella natura (in città), il mare ti avvolge completamente (in casa e fuori), il suo suono è un sottofondo continuo. E' stata un’esperienza unica e privilegiata, non posso che consigliarla vivamente. PS: ottima anche per lavorare. Grazie di cuore a Rossella & Family.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We hadden een prima verblijf. Door het feit dat de woning zich bevindt in een complex kan je op deze manier gebruikmaken van de verschillende faciliteiten (zwembaden, privéstrand …) anderzijds heb je minder privé omdat de huisjes allemaal dicht aan elkaar gebouwd zijn. Prachtige omgeving om te mountainbiken en te wandelen.

Wir haben zu 4 (Kinder 14 und 11 Jahre) 11 Nächte bei Cristina verbracht. Alles war so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und beschrieben. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Dadurch ist es nachts recht warm. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird (Geschirr, Pfannen etc.). Zur Begrüßung stand eine Tüte mit Lebensmitteln bereit - ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist unbeschreiblich. Privatsphäre bei 180 Grad Meerblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Elba ist im August völlig überfüllt. In Capo d'Arco ist es ruhig und sehr entspannt. Wunderbarer Meerwasserpool mit Springbrett. 2 Liegen mit Schirm im August 35 € pro Tag. Auf den Felsplateaus kann man kostenlos liegen, allerdings auch erst spät Schatten. Ausblick vom Pool und Plateaus einmalig schön. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein (bis zum Meer bzw. den Pools über 100 Stufen). Cristina war immer sofort erreichbar, super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Host molto attenta alle esigenze degli opsiti, gentile e disponibile; alloggio impeccabile con servizi di livello (su tutti il campo da tennis e la piscina), situato a due passi dal mare. Veramente una bella esperienza.

Marta et son mari sont de véritables amours. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et notre véhicule est resté immobilisé sur l'île. Ils nous ont conduit faire des courses, nous ont ramené au bateau. Ils ont été d'une aide précieuse avec le garagiste. Très arrangeant. Concernant le logement il est tel que la description a été faite. Il est agréable, bien équipé. La vue est splendide. L'accès à la piscine d'eau douce, de mer et à la mer sont très faciles. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.

**Bewertung für die Dachterrassenwohnung auf Elba** Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, in dieser wundervollen Dachterrassenwohnung auf Elba zu übernachten, und es war einfach traumhaft! Der Ausblick auf das funkelnde und glitzernde Meer war atemberaubend und jeden Moment wert. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Auch die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders der tolle Pool war ein Highlight, das wir sehr genossen haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Andreas Wohnung auf Elba. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir vom Pool, der super gepflegt und ein echter Hingucker ist. Das Haus selbst ist ebenfalls in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und wird offensichtlich gut unterhalten. Andrea als Gastgeber war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man ihn brauchte, und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Sein Engagement und seine Fürsorge haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Insgesamt vergeben wir 5 von 5 Sternen und können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine entspannte und schöne Zeit auf Elba verbringen möchte.

L'alloggio è in una posizione eccellente con una vista mozzafiato. L'appartamento è spazioso e completamente attrezzato, con un esterno ben curato e ben attrezzato. Il parcheggio è comodo. La zona mare è facilmente raggiungibile e molto bella, e la piscina di sale è fantastica. Settembre è un mese poco affollato, quindi è più facile usufruire degli spazi comuni. Il bar, forse per il periodo, è poco fornito (niente aperitivi analcolici, niente servizio), ma la posizione e la tranquillità ripagano. Giocoforza, la vicinanza di Porto Azzurro, dove si mangia bene 🍝 e si possono fare belle passeggiate 🚶‍♂️ in un centro molto vivo. La portineria aggiunge sicurezza 👮‍♂️ e rende il soggiorno sereno.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit einem kleinen Kind. Das Haus ist klein hat dafür aber eine sehr gute Lage (40 Meter vom Strand entfernt). Besonders lobenswert ist die Einfriedung des Hauses. Kinder können unbeaufsichtigt herumlaufen ohne dass man Angst haben muss, dass sie abhauen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist zustätzlich zur Dusche innen eine Außendusche. Somit bleibt der Sand außhalb des Hauses.

Alloggio come in foto, tenuto bene, pulito e ordinato. L’appartamento era molto fornito…bagno e cucina erano dotati di molte cose utili. L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, ben fornita, fronte mare e comoda per raggiungere il centro di Follonica sia a piedi sia tramite un trenino (c’è la fermata a pochi passi da casa). Giacomo è molto disponibile. Unica cosa un po’ “spiacevole” (non per colpa di Giacomo) è il parcheggio del condominio non molto curato…l’accesso al parcheggio è un po’ sconnesso e rovinato con una cunetta da “scavalcare” che viene purtroppo toccata da chi ha una macchina bassa. Nel complesso direi tutto molto positivo!

Consigliatissimo!! Casa meravigliosa con uno spazio esterno curatissimo, una meraviglia per i momenti di relax e le cene, stanze ampie e arredate con molto gusto. Veramente tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Andrea l'Host e disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno veramente a 5 stelle!!

Tolles Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein großer Garten, in dem die Kinder spielen können, jede Menge Spiel- und Strandsachen und die Nähe zum Meer, einem sehr ruhigen Strandabschnitt, sind absolute Pluspunkte! Zudem reibungslose Kommunikation. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder!

The location is superb and the condo very comfortable. One can fall asleep in the (quite comfortable) bed with nothing to hear with the exception of the waves hitting the sandy beach. Kitchen is well equipped and even has a Nespresso machine for a real espresso. Dinner on the patio at sunset is simply put “spectacular” 🤩 The only downside has nothing to do with the house or the responsiveness of the hostess (which was amazing) but it has to do with the very narrow road that gets you from the main road to the house (and the beach). However, the stress of driving is well counter-balanced by the beauty of the location, once inside the house. Overall, 5 easy and well-deserved stars. The only “sad” day of the vacation was when we had to leave. Looking forward to going back.

Abbiamo passato due settimane da Boris. L’appartamento e molto fedele alle fotografie e la terrazza é ancora più bella di come é descritta. La vista è assolutamente eccezionale, la spiaggia di Fetovaia e a 500 metri percorrendo a piedi un percorso. Nonostante l’assenza di aria condizionata, i ventilatori al soffitto sono molto efficaci. Boris, che abita al piano di sotto, e un host disponibile, reattivo ed estremamente discreto. La casa e fornita di tutto il necessario (cucina funzionale, barbecue).

Reactif,réservé le matin et arrivee dès 16h . Tres belle vue ,calme et quartier authentique ,retiré mais nous le desirions . Propreté, ustensiles cuisine neufs et irreprochables . Literie au top . Rapport qualite -prix impec . Merci a Holidu et ses assistants

Das kleine Haus von Stefano ist sehr originell und entzückend. Man sieht mit wie viel Liebe und Begeisterung das „ehem. Elektro“-Haus hergerichtet ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit viel Licht aber auch viel Schatten im Sommer. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum chillen und Essen. Stefano ist ein toller Gastgeber mit super Response Zeit auf Fragen. Stefano hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns das Haus gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage zum Strand ist unter 50m, also super easy zu erreichen. Es gibt originelle Strandbars mit sehr guter Küche. Meine zwei erwachsenen Töchter und ich können das Haus von Stefano sehr empfehlen. (Achtung: es gibt kein Wifi, aber der Empfang in und rund ums Haus ist gut, wenn man genügend Datenvolumen hat, kein Problem!)
