This truly charming medieval residence is set on a single floor plan in the quaint historical center of Ostuni at approximately 300m from the main square, Piazza della Libertà. It enjoys a stunning view of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, stretches of fragrant olive groves, winding mysterious passageways and pretty terraced rooftops. The house is entirely made of stone, all on one floor and decorated in a typical Apulian style with balcony and roof terrace with a view of the beautiful Adriatic.

Les maîtres trullari locaux ont redonné vie à ce lieu magique grâce à des techniques et des matériaux locaux. Le résultat est une propriété privée où vous pouvez passer une vraie expérience. Des fruits et légumes de notre jardin bio au kilomètre zéro au parcours de jogging à la campagne où se trouvent 1950 plantes indigènes et 45 oliviers. Du spa intime utilisable été comme hiver au majestueux belvédère attribué à la cour de la ferme où le blé était battu. Alberobello est à seulement 1,5 km.

Si tratta di una casa appena ristrutturata, costituita da ampio soggiorno, cucina dotata di numerosi elettrodomestici, 2 camere con letto king size e 1 bagno con doccia. Nella parte esterna invece è presente una grande piscina, patio, spogliatoio con 2 bagni e 2 docce. Il tutto immerso tra ulivi secolari, vigneti e ciliegieto.
