This house boasts lovely views from large windows in a quiet, 3 bedroom walkout basement with high ceilings. Each bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite. One bedroom is handi-accessible. Full kitchen, laundry facility in suite and hot tub! We are a 10 minute drive to Waterton Lakes National Park 20 minutes to the townsite, 1 hour drive to Lethbridge, 2 hours from Calgary. Waterton is a mecca of hiking, backpacking, cycling, kayaking, fishing and relaxing in the great outdoors . NO PETS PLEASE!

The Ultimate Getaway

Our place was designed for families . We gave the yard a campground feel with a large bilevel deck, blue-tooth speaker surround sound, two sitting areas, a hot tub, two fire places (propane and wood),zipline to a landing platform, and a slide from the platform to a sandbox for kids. The yard is very spacious with lots of room to play. The inside was modernized and includes wifi and smart tvs in every room with a large leather sectional couch for easy visiting.

Beautiful Mountain View 35 Minutes From Waterton

You will have access to the main level which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area and full kitchen. You have use of the front patio with the beautiful view and one back deck. There is a large yard with grass although it has not landscaped. There is someone occupying the basement and they will likely be there the entire time. Waterton Reservoir is only a 5 minute drive West. There you will find a picnic area and a rocky beach.

Enjoy 2,000 sq. ft. of private living space in our bright basement suite with its own entrance. Features include kitchen with hot plates, fridge, wood-burning stove, 60" Smart TV, steam shower, pool table, and large windows. Relax in our peaceful country setting surrounded by hayfields, with a fire pit and seating area. We live upstairs, so daytime noise happens with grandkids, but evenings are quiet and never after 11 p.m.
