Welcome! Las Amapolas offers a spectacular view of the Belize Barrier Reef. Our beachfront casita is tucked among swaying coconuts palms on the sandy shores of Ambergris Caye. Once a part of a coconut grove, its now a peaceful tropical retreat just 30 minutes away from town by golf cart and a short ride to Secret Beach. You may occasionally notice sargassum on the shoreline, a natural occurrence caused by seasonal ocean currents and weather patterns. We have two units available: 1A and 1B.

Cabin By the Sea - Ocean Suite

Completely new suite with an oceanfront view. You will be able to experience some of the most beautiful sunsets on the island firsthand! Outside facilities include a gazebo, hammock and dock providing easy access to the ocean, ideal for swimming. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are also available free of charge! Located at a relatively quiet part of the island, known as a prominent fishing area. Some of the best seafood restaurants are located on the same street (Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone).

Oceanfront Rooftop Suite

Petite and private, is our rooftop one-bedroom suite. One cozy and intimate haven has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and amazing views of the sea with its own balcony. Your suite has a small fridge, a coffee maker, flat screen tv and we provide you with bottle water for your water dispenser as needed. Also beach towels, chairs and umbrella for your use! Grab a cup of coffee, and watch as the sun rises over the horizon and the beach comes to life. Two people ; one perfect getaway!

We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

The guest suite is on the ground floor with private entrance but is part of our home where your host family lives. The fenced garden and parking are shared with us.

It’s five minutes away from Las Cascadas Water park.
