PINES YURT (Near Duluth/Jay Cook State Park)

Experience a rustic glamping adventure! Nestled on the border of Jay Cooke State Park(~15 min from Duluth), you will be surrounded by nature and wildlife, sheltered by the canvas ‘yurt’ and enjoy the night sky in a cozy bed. Located a short ~1/4 mile hike from your parking spot, there is a shared porta-potty (~150 yrds away, but NO running water or shower), a small solar powered battery providing lights/limited power. This rental is NOT heated. Guests supply necessary water for their stay.

(Please note that the house capacity is 6 guests, no exceptions. We also have a NO pet policy.) There is a guide book that gives you all the information you will need. Our 900 square ft cottage has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a couch that opens up into a bed. A fire pit is available, ( wood furnished), along with a canoe and 2 kayaks You can fish off the dock or bring your own boat. A pontoon boat is available for rent. We will except two dogs.

It is also close to lots of outdoor adeventures, easy drive to the Duluth area and multiple state parks!
