The apartment is located in a renovated historic building, built in 1887. There are two parks next to the building. Apartment is freshly refurbished and is located on the second floor. Neighborhood is called quiet center surrounded by the Art Nouveau architecture, diplomatic area of embassies, restaurants and cafes. Few minutes’ walk away you will find Andrejosta – central marina with various restaurants, bars and clubs. Old Riga & other sightseeing objects are around 15 minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is newly renovated, and it serves a function for “Artist-in-Residency”, as it is connected to the RIXC Gallery, located in the same building. Free parking 8PM-8AM and on weekends, paid parking 5 EUR/24h nearby.

All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.
