Studio Loft at Boogaba

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

The Leesville Lakehouse is minutes from Leesville Lake in Carrollton, Ohio. Nestled in a secluded area, the house is surrounded by trees. No neighbors! Property boasts a hot tub, fireplace, deck, charcoal grill, and is minutes from the lake. Leesville is known for it's great muskie fishing. There is a fenced in area for pets. Outside fire ring, Adirondak chairs, and we also provide the firewood! Fully equipped vacation spot with all the amenities!

We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.
