Carthage : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Très belle maison,bien situé et très proche de la mer à pied,je recommande vivement et je pense y revenir !! Merci !!

Yasmine was an awesome host and this is a great Airbnb in a beautiful location. I really appreciated the teas and espresso capsules, and it's so nice to have the private garden with rosemary, oranges, lemons etc. (The oranges are bitter but I found the juice makes a great detox shot.) It's walking distance to many great things: 3 minutes to hiking trails through trees with beautiful ocean views, 5 minutes to a great little organic shop called Mon Coin Nature, 10 minutes to Marsa Corniche & lots of shops & restaurants, 20/25 minutes to Sidi Bou Said.

Great location, communication and experience. I can recommend this Airbnb with all my heart. The hosts are flexible, good communicators and make sure you have someone to reach out to in case of any problems. I was even able to check in earlier than described. The ocean, mall and taxis are only two minutes away by foot.

accueil chaleureux, Raja était très agréable et réactif, rien à dire sur le logement ( l'espace barbecue était impeccable) .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour notre hôte Leila est une femme très gentille et très accueillante. L’emplacement est idéal pour les amoureux de la mer quel bonheur de se réveiller et de s’endormir avec le bruit de la mer. Le logement a vraiment les pieds dans l’eau, on ne peut pas faire mieux !De plus tout en étant discret et calme nous sommes à quelques minutes de toutes les commodités, nous reviendrons Inch’Allah

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien

Ich hab mit meinen vier Kindern eine traumhaft schöne Woche in La Marsa verbracht und die wunderbare Unterkunft hat diesen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, zwei Minuten zum Strand, zwei Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und sehr geschmackvolle und funktionale Ausstattung. Wir hatten während unserer zahlreichen Reisen noch keine Unterkunft, die so sehr unsere Ansprüche erfüllt und sogar getoppt hat. Eine fünf Sterne Residenz mit Bohemian flair!!!!! Der Gatgeber Amin ist supersympathisch und wir kommen im Herbst ganz sicher wieder.

Will defenitely visit again.

Lovely large villa and beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay.

This place looks a lot better than on the photos, it’s massive with nice backyard, good rooftop with a nice view to the Mediterranean. Every room has it own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is very good, just two minutes walk to the train station and to the centre of La Marsa, but yet it’s in a calm street with no traffic passing through. I would recommend to stay at this place. Good value for the money spent.

One of the best spots I’ve been on Airbnb in my entire traveling life. It’s a hidden fairytale in the middle of Sidi Bou Said, Sara was a kind and sweet host (I got very sick in the evening and she brought be warm organic fennel seed tea, which was very kind!) I would go back in a heartbeat. Merci beaucoup Sara et j’espère à la prochaine

logement très agréable. conforme à l'annonce. Calme car voie sans issue. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée permettent de se restaurer et désaltérer en arrivant. hôte très réactif lorsque nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. la piscine est très agréable et bien chauffée. Possibilité de se rendre en ville à 5 min de marche où l'on retrouve magasins et restaurants. J'y retournerai sans problème. la literie est peut-être à revoir.

C'est exacte comme decrivez inclus les photos et Sidi Bou Said est un bijou d'une ville. Il y a les commerces a cote et on peut prendre le train a deux pas a la Marsa. Amilcar plage merite la marche de 20 minutes ou prend le taxi! Tres belle plage! Je recommande fortement ce residence.

Lovely house, well located with a friendly welcome, very helpful. The bed mattress was very comfortable and everything was clean. Small touches like coffee/tea available, offered fruits, all toiletteries. Felt like a home. Very very much appreciated. Thank you, a great stay in the heart of Sidi Bou Said.

Mohamed Ali is a great host, really friendly and helpful; and this is a lovely, bright flat right on the beach with great views of the beach, the Bay of Tunis and the mountains beyond. It was fascinating to be in a real Tunisian town/suburb rather than a tourist spot, and to discover the local market, shops, restaurants, bakers and street sellers, but you have to be able to speak French or Arabic, and don't expect things to be as clean and organised as in Europe. We loved the fresh fish from the street trader, mint tea, and green almonds. It's also a cheap taxi ride to the Roman ruins of Carthage - we went at 8.30am and had the place literally to ourselves - and a cheap train ride to Tunis and the Medina to buy presents for home.

Le logement est magnifique. J'adore le style avec des pierres et du marbre beige un peu partout. Parfaitement équipé. La nuit on peut entendre un peu la route dans 2 des chambres car elles sont du côté route (ce n'est pas une route très passante pour autant). La chambre parentale (avec salle de bain attenante) est plus calme car du côté port. Le reste du logement est très calme. L'emplacement est super, dans une zone propre et calme de Tunis. Hedia nous a très bien accueillis et s'est rendue disponible même à 5h du mat' pour notre départ ! Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien dans ce logement. Nous referions le même choix sans hésiter !

My son and I had a really good time in his house. We will not forget his kindness. Th house is close to the beach . My son enjoyed swimming in the sea. Also there are a good museum and parks near the house . It's easy for us to be walk there. Ali let me know good information about many attractions. Thanks a lot. You gave us good memory~~ 👍

La casa è un piccolo gioiello in un luogo magnifico.

Io e il mio partner abbiamo alloggiato per più di un mese nella dimora di Mourad. La casa è spaziosa, corrispondente alle foto, ha in generale tutto il necessario per viverci. È inoltre perfetta se la propria permanenza prevede, oltre che lo svago, il lavoro in remoto, com'è stato nel nostro caso. Il soggiorno e la stanza da letto dotate di due tavoli ci ha consentito di lavorare senza disturbarci a vicenda. Grazie alla posizione e al periodo particolarmente propizio, siamo riusciti a godere di musica dal vivo gratuitamente e comodamente dalla terrazza. Avere il mare a quattro passi è stato un grandissimo e graditissimo privilegio, la ciliegina sulla torta per una permanenza indimenticabile. Con la nostalgia in cuore per aver lasciato Le Kram e l'accogliente casa di Mourad, insha'Allah torneremo al più presto!
