Booked this for a birthday trip for my partner. We brough 13 of our friends with us and had the best time. All our friends were instantly impressed with how beautiful the house was when we pulled up for the first time. Having 15 adults in a house can be hard, but we all felt totally at home and like we all had enough space. The house is so well stocked, I brought extra kitchen things with me as I'm so used to going to rentals where the kitchen has a broken spatula, three forks, and a salt shaker. However, the kitchen had so many gadgets and utensils I didn't need to bring anything at all. Making meals for 15 people was easy and fun. The lighting in the house is beautiful and the area was so fun to explore. Truly so close to the local grocery store, the red arrow roadhouse and town line beach. Which were all big parts of our weekend plan. Had so much fun, this feels like a real home and there is so much care and heart in it's decoration and maintenance. Would stay again x100!!

Bella Vita was a great host. The property was spotless. The home and backyard were lovely and relaxing. Very comfy beds and linens. The neighborhood was quiet and you could walk to downtown Douglas. A short drive to Saugatuck and Oval Beach. Bella Vita was very responsive and accommodating. We have been coming to this area for many years and can honestly say this was the nicest property we have stayed at. We would definitely return to this property.

Our group had an absolutely amazing stay! Everyone raved about how beautiful the property was—from the peaceful setting to the gorgeous interior. The hot tub was a favorite spot for unwinding, and the well-stocked, spacious kitchen made it easy (and fun!) to cook all our meals in. We also loved having a grill to use! The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home to any large group looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway with all the comforts of home.

We stay at many Airbnb properties. This one ranks towards the very top. It is a beautiful home with everything you need and more. It was very clean and full of well-appointed antiques. Everything was in working order. Two dishwashers, an ice maker, and even a heated toilet seat! We enjoyed all of the games, which were in wonderful working condition. We walked in and were welcomed by soft music and gifts. It really is a wonderful place to stay. No hesitation to book this is warranted.

Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

Very clean comfy and spacious home , unique decor, lots of space for fun , games in the basement . Would stay again !

Great location and area! Easy drive into downtown Fennville and Saugatuck/Douglas which have great restaurants, wineries, and shopping. The house itself was lovely with it's spacious open concept, it was clean and well kept, had a beautiful yard and deck that is surrounded by mature pines which gives you a great sense of privacy, and Lake Michigan is just up the road! Bob was very accommodating and quick to respond when communicating. Would highly recommend staying at this location!

Cozy and extremely easy to walk to K college, Vine Neighborhood, downtown, etc

Didn’t look like much from the outside but was amazing and clean inside. Very well kept and maintained! Host was very responsive and accurate with his answers.

My partner and I stayed here a couple nights and overall very much enjoyed the space. Inside the apartment was clean and updated. We did have trouble getting in (the code didn't work) but they were there within 10 minutes to help. The heat also wasn't working (stayed about 63 degrees in there) but again they did everything they could to help and we eventually found a space heater on the last day while we were packing up. We didn't love the overhead shower but that was a personal preference. If you are like me and don't wash your hair every day, bring a shower cap. Even with these few kinks I would stay there again because it was clean and they were extremely communicative and did what they could to make us happy and feel comfortable! Also great view of the pond outside the window.

Everything was perfectly as described! What a beautiful home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was divine, and the kitchen was chef friendly! Plenty of counter tops and a gas stove (that was a plus!) I wish I could have stayed longer. Close to grocery markets and restaurants as well as a park. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Great stay, the property is awesome! However, if you are looking for a stay where the host communicates quickly, this is not the one for you. They will respond, but all communication we had was off the Airbnb platform.

We rented this place 2 years back. We just loved this place so we decided to come back again over the last weekend. Our stay was very much enjoyable. House is very beautiful. Bruce & Carol were excellent hosts anticipating needs while going above and beyond to make the stay special. The home has beautiful landscaping and gardens. Plenty of room for children to run and play. The breeze from the lake can be enjoyed throughout the home. The house has lake front views throughout the main rooms. The home is positioned ideally for guests with 3 separate living spaces and an open kitchen to the main gathering space that opens to the deck and grill. The walk to St. Joseph is less than a mile and we completed this enjoyable walk daily. Farmer market operates every Saturday during the summer with concerts on Sunday evenings all in walking distance of home. The private beach is beautiful and hosts shared paddle boards and beach toys to add to experience. We enjoyed sunset walks to the lighthouse pier. The internet is fast and reliable for those looking to work away from home with 2-3 possible office locations in home. We would return here again.

It was so peaceful and quiet, a perfect retreat. Impeccably clean and pristine, it felt like a sanctuary. The decoration and art were incredibly tasteful, and the music environment was equally delightful. The experience was simply exceptional and truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this gem!
