Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

A Montalbano Elicona (ME), borgo più bello d'Italia 2015, in pieno centro storico, si trova Helikon -la dimora del viandante-, struttura a locazione turistica breve. Qui il tempo sembra essersi fermato. La dimora, sapientemente ristrutturata è servita di ogni comfort. Il cotto e la pietra che si mischiano all'antico legno creano un'atmosfera calda e magica, l'ideale per trascorrere un rilassante e piacevole soggiorno. La disposizione interna è così composta: salone con ampia finestra panoramica, cucina, bagno con doccia e due camere da letto. La villetta dista 1.5 km dal mare e da tutti i servizi necessari raggiungibili in auto.

PETRICORE A Lipari sul promontorio del Monte Rosa, completamente isolata, si affitta una casa indipendente ed unica a 180 gradi sul mare con vista sulla Calabria, Sicilia, sull'isola di Vulcano e sulla stessa isola di Lipari. Data la sua esposizione a sud, nelle giornate piu' belle si riesce a vedere anche il vulcano Etna. La proprietà è composta da due camere da letto, cucina e due bagni, e tutto l'esterno, compresa l'aia. Dalla casa si può accedere con un sentiero di 1km alla spiaggia.

Casa zona collinare disposta su due livelli. Al primo si trova la cucina soggiorno con accesso diretto dalla terrazza panoramica, tra l'altro l'ideale per mangiare all'aperto. Vi sono tre camere da letto, due con letto matrimoniale e una con una piazza e mezza, bagno recentemente ristrutturato con box doccia e finestra.
