Magnifique mansarde en plein centre de Castellina in Chianti. Palazzo Bianciardi est une demeure historique qui appartient à ma famille depuis 1434. La mansarde est indépendante, l'entrée est en commun avec le premier étage où nous habitons, mon mari et moi, avec nos 3 chats. Vues imprenables sur la campagne et sur les toits! Salon avec cuisine, 1 sdb avec douche, 1 chambre de passage avec 1 lit double et 1 petit lit (ou 3 petits, si vous préferez) et une autre grande chambre avec lit double.

Al piano terra si trovano una cucina ben attrezzata, un salotto con caminetto (non attivo), una sala da pranzo spaziosa ed un bagno. Salendo le scale si accede al primo piano, il quale dispone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno privato. L’appartamento T4 vanta una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna del Chianti, che si apprezza grazie al gazebo esterno con barbecue.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
