Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Situato nel verde ai piedi del Monte Crocefisso con terrazza panoramica sulle colline e valli circostanti e scorcio suggestivo sull'Etna, munito di ampio parcheggio privato, è gestito in famiglia con un'esperienza quarantennale. L'appartamento, denominato Pina, vi offre la sua ospitalità accogliendovi in una confortevole dimora dotata di due camere da letto, due bagni, un salotto ed una cucina. La casa è molto luminosa grazie alle numerose finestre, ai balconcini con affaccio diretto in centro storico ed al piccolo spazio esterno privato.

La mia casa si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Taormina, a pochi passi dal famoso Corso Umberto. Da casa Giardinazzo si possono visitare a piedi tutte le bellezze di Taormina. Recentemente ristrutturato, può ospitare 2 persone. L'appartamento sarà continuamente sanificato grazie ad un sistema di climatizzazione con riciclo di aria.
