Connolly’s of the Lough

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space., lovingly restored barn that’s been on the shore of Baraghy lake since late 1800’s. Original house and barns were bought by a young John Connolly upon his return from USA early 1900’s. His home became known as Connolly’s of the lough. Now his granddaughter and family have restored the house and barns bringing a unique peaceful place to relax for a mini break, fishing , walking and simply do nothing or relax in the freestanding bath tub .

We also have a 2 bedroom chalet with hot tub and both chalets can be booked together or separate. Kayaks and fishing boats are available to hire locally. Skeagh is an area of natural beauty it’s a walkers paradise. Great running and bike trails to choose from. Hot tubs are charged separately
