what can I say? Gjorgi made my stay in Macedonia very relaxed and pleasant. the place was clean, spacious, have all necessary amenities and felt like staying at a friend's house. as for the location, the apartment offers a really good balance between price and location, it is a bit far from the centre but that didn't bother me, since you have many super markets literally below the apartment and so many buses that take you to the center. And to be honest it's not even that far by foot around a 20 to 30 minutes walk. Gjorgi was also a great, fast and flexible communicator. If I ever visit skpje again, Gjorgi's in my go to!

I’ve been all over the balkans probably over a dozen times in the last 10 years and this is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed out of all of them. Legitimately a luxury building and it’s right next to a mall and a gym which is nice. Highly recommended for short or long stays and it’s also very good for the price.

Einfacher und unkomplizierter Check-In. Mishko war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet. Bei Fragen stand er immer gerne zur Verfügung. Tolle Gegend, um Skopje kennenzulernen und sehr einfach zu erreichen. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach Klasse und unkompliziert, also perfekt für einen Urlaub.

Kesinlikle fotoğraflardaki gibi ve son derece huzurlu bir bölgede. Şehir merkezine yürümek belki biraz zaman alabilir ancak güzel bir sabah yürüyüşü ile merkeze ulaşmak mümkün.

Amazing hosts with an incredible location in a fantastic city. This apartment is spotless, very well-appointed, has a fully functional kitchen with everything you'll need and more, and has a great TV with Netflix, YouTube, and others installed. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and a very comfortable couch. can easily accommodate 4-5 people, and would accommodate a couple and two others with great comfort and privacy. Washer works great, massive windows you can open for fresh air on a nice day. Everything is within comfortable walking distance. The hosts are lovely people, extremely kind and accommodating, and are an absolute pleasure! Next time I'm in Skopje, I will definitely stay here. One of my very best Airbnb experiences.

Ev merkeze oldukça yakın, tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Giriş çıkışla ilgili hiç problem yaşamadık. Breg'le iletişim konaklama öncesi ve süresince sorunsuz ilerledi. Bebekli aileler ve arkadaş grupları için yeterli büyüklük ve düzeni olan evde çok rahat edersiniz. Kesinlikle öneririm🙂

First of all i want to thank the owner. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect. The house was exactly the same even better than the pictures. The location also perfect you can walk everywhere. The owner was extremely helpful he was answering our questions instantly and he even gave advises where to eat and go. I am planning to visit Skopje soon and i will definately stay in Filip’s house again. If you consider is it going to be clean, comfy, and easy to access you don't need to worry about anything everything is perfect.

If you are a large group (we were seven), then Tomi's place will suit you very well. The house is a little way out of the city (about a 30 minute walk) but it's easy enough to get a bus nearby or hail a cab (which are cheap). The house can be a little tricky to find, as it is located on a side street off of the main part of Parishka. We had a couple of taxi drivers that struggled to find it! The house itself is huge and, for the most part, very comfortable. The kitchen, however, is relatively small and I think it's fair to say you would struggle to cook for a large group in it. The configuration of some of the bedrooms is a bit random and I think a little attention needs to be paid to the lighting and bedding in some cases. Within the vicinity of the house are several good restaurants and a large supermarket is a ten minute walk away. Despite one or two reservations, I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to stay. Tomi is great and Skopje is a wonder!

We, 2 families of 4 with young kids, visited this house and really enjoyed ourselves. Maria was very helpful throughout our communication before, during and after our stay. Their guides, the welcoming food and wine, the totally clean house and generally the overall experience was great. we totally recommend the hosts and their listing as it was exactly as the description and we felt like home. our home in Skopje

Great stay in Kumanovo. A fine place in a nice neighborhood. Clean and well maintained. Nice view of hills. Highly recommend .

Nice and spacious apartment. Apartment had everything it needed, well stocked. Good location, close to the Bohemian quarter. Great host, good recommendations for places to visit and eat, easy to communicate with.

These people are true professionals and it shows. Starting from the moment I made my reservation, Zojka and Zoya provided me with all the relevant info, useful tips and answered all my questions. They even organised my transfer from the airport to the house, with the driver that literally walked me right until the front door which was super appreciated. The place itself is great; it's perfectly located (main square is just a 5-mins walk away), it was extremely clean and welcoming and I could find everything one could possibly need. If you're looking for a comfortable place for your stay in Skopje, with friendly and proactive hosts, this is definitely the one for you.

The flat looks exactly like in the pictures; clean and clutter free with tasteful decor. Everything worked as it should, including the hot water, which can be challenging sometimes in Skopje as there is no piped gas. We were met by Branko for check in outside the flat. He was super flexible and reactive, despite timing inconsistencies on my side. He did everything possible to make things as easy as possible for the check-in. The area is off a very busy main road, but you hear nothing from the flat as it's behind the buildings along the main road. Finally, it's about a 15 min walk to the main square, and a similar distance to the nightlife area. Highly recommend and would be back in a flash. Cheers Matt & Biljana

Leonid is very kind. The house was 10-15 min walk to the Stone Bridge and Old Town. The building is new and amenities in the house are good. The balcony is just great. 😊😊 however he could be a bit more attentive to cleaning as we saw dust in some places. However, overall we loved our stay in Leonid’s place and would definitely come again ☺️❤️

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.
