Historic cabin built in 1950 by our great grandfather at the confluence of two Laramie River tributaries on 12 acres at the foot of the Snowy Range Mountains. 1600 square foot home with modern amenities in an authentic Wyoming mountain setting. Watch amazing trees and wildlife while sitting in the hot tub, warm up by the fireplace after a day in the mountains, and grill on the patio overlooking the creek. Our family's cabin is the perfect private hideaway or convenient base for your adventure!

With its antiques, comfy furniture, excellent beds and thoughtfully planned kitchen, Sparrowhawk is cozy and welcoming. Step onto the deck and cast your eye on the mountain and creek across the valley, where wildlife and wildflowers abound, you'll know you found your ideal tranquil refuge.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.

Adorable Little Studio Apartment close to downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On 6th Street, across from the Ivinson Mansion. This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.

Welcome to the Blue Sky Suite, 1 block from the UW campus and 4 blocks to the stadium. The suite contains a full bathroom, well-furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, breakfast options, & coffee bar. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/ living area. Laundry available by request. You'll be very comfortable in this light-filled downstairs space. Best for: adult travelers. Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv.
