Smart TV in living room. Mini fridge and microwave provided. One queen and two twin beds. There is a coffee maker underneath the sink in the bathroom. There will be a starter supply of coffee. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
