Lovely sunny 29qm private balcony room

Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum in einer ruhigen, bevorzugten Wohnlage (Oststadt). Der Hbf und die City sind ca. 1 Km entfernt und in 10 zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle "Dreifaltigkeitskirche"(Buslinien 1OO;2OO;121) ist 1 Gehminute entfernt. Restaurants/Cafés um die Ecke. Du benutzt ein eigenes separates Duschbad. Das Zimmer liegt zum lauschigen und grünen Innenhof. Bei schönem Wetter lädt unser Südbalkon zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Unterkunft ist ideal für Allein- und Geschäftsreisende.

Schön & ruhig wohnen im Gutshaus bei Frankfurt (O)

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Gutshaus (erbaut 1689) konnten wir renovieren und erhalten, indem wir ein einem Flügel ein kleines Bed & Breakfast betreiben. Die andere Hälfte bewohnen wir privat. Familiär, gastfreundlich und ländlich: so empfangen wir unsere Gäste, und freuen uns über Besuch in unserer wunderschönen Region Seenland Oder-Spree! Der Basis-Preis versteht sich pro Person im DZ (wir verfügen über insgesamt 6 Zimmer) - und auf Wunsch bereiten wir ein üppiges Frühstück (15 €/P.).

Découvrez la nature de près, dans le jardin d'environ 2000 mètres carrés, ou dans la région autour du Parsteinsee et sur l'Oder dans le parc national 'Lower Oder Valley'. Du pain fait maison et des produits locaux sont servis pour le petit-déjeuner. Le dîner peut être réservé séparément.

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be available to you exclusively during your stay. All rooms are freshly renovated in Nov. 2021. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra and paid at the end of your stay). Please check with us for availability during your stay. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a little cat, just for you to be aware in case you have problems with allergic reactions.

Profitez d'une chambre lumineuse et atypique, avec espace bureau et mezzanine, dans un appartement accueillant au design moderne et ouvert. ATTENTION: Le lit est situé en mezzanine et est accessible par un escalier de type échelle japonaise. Cette chambre est donc recommandée pour les voyageurs en bonne forme physique. Nous la déconseillons aux personnes âgées ou à celles qui pourraient avoir besoin de se lever fréquemment la nuit.

Grande chambre (avec poêle à bois) construite avec des matériaux écologiques, équipée de toilettes, d'une terrasse, d'un bon accès à internet. Au coeur de 6ha de nature, à 150m du fleuve Oder, à 100m de notre maison écologique. Le calme assuré, pour prendre le temps de s'occuper de soi et se promener dans une nature pure. Une cuisine d'été (espace ouverte partagé en nature) est à votre disposition du 1° Mai au 31 Septembre.

Ob für einen Familienurlaub, Kurzurlaub oder nur auf der Durchreise. Auf unserem Landhof werdet Ihr einen absolut entspannenden und ruhigen Aufenthalt genießen können. Wir bieten regulär Platz für bis zu 10 Personen (plus Aufbettung für bis zu 13. Personen), können aber auf Anfrage gern unsere Ferienwohnung für weitere 2 bis 4 Personen mit anbieten.
