Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Mit offenen Augen und Ohren kann man viele Waldbewohner erleben. Morgens Eichhörnchen, der Milan zur Mittagsstunde, Rehe am Abend oder der Kauz in der Nacht. Zur Naturbeobachtung dienen Eichhörnchenfutterstelle, Fernglas und Wildtierkamera.

Neben einer nagelneuen voll ausgestatteten Küche erwarten Euch ein komfortables Boxspringbett (1,80 m b) im separaten Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ein Sofa, das sich umklappen lässt zu einem Bett mit 1,40m Breite. Hier ist auch der Platz zum chillen. Gemütlich frühstücken könnt ihr in der separaten Küche. Im Garten hinter dem Haus findet ihr zwei Fahrräder für Ausflüge in die grüne Umgebung.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Willkommen im Großstadtdschungel! Gelegen im Zentrum findet ihr unsere gemütliche, nur wenige Meter vom Zoo entfernte, grüne Oase. Im Getümmel der Großstadttiere, im sehr nahe gelegenen Stadtkern, gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dort finden sich zudem unzählige Lokalitäten für den Bärenhunger, tropische Erfrischungen oder natürlich lokale Spezialitäten. Die Arena und das Stadion erreicht ihr mit einem 15-minütigen Fußmarsch durch das wunderschöne Waldstraßenviertel.

Tolle Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die Eingang zum park der Stadt ist 20 meter entfernt. Es gibt ein Biergarten mit wundervollem Essen in der mitte des Parks und ein berühmter Michelin (1) Restaurant sehr in der nähe.
