Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

My family and I spent the weekend in Jakarta while attending a family event and felt right at home from the get go. As a group of 8, we were happy to have some privacy in each of the 4 rooms and enjoyed the living/dinning area during communal times. As a group, we appreciated having access to 3 full bathrooms, oh, and the shower pressure was excellent! Endah was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, before and during our stay. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation & would recommend Endah's place to out-of-town families of 8 planning come and visit the capital.

I was looking for a place that could accommodate my large family, and I was fortunate to find one in the heart of CBD Bintaro. A big thank you to Mr. Frank and Mr. Randy for their friendly and responsive service, which made everything from booking to handling the keys a smooth process with clear instructions. I do have a minor suggestion: it would be great to check on the maintenance of certain items, as some need fixing, such as the lights in toilet/ room and air conditioning in the main room. Overall, I recommend this place if you’re looking for accommodations for a large group of guests 👍🏻

Mieszkanie na 30 piętrze oferuje piękne widoki na miasto. Posiada dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki , salon z nierozkładana kanapą i kuchnią. Raczej dla 4 osob. Do dyspozycji jest również basen na dole budynku. Trochę słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Tylko 2 kubki i brak czajnika bezprzewodowego troche utrudnia wypicie w 5 osób porannej kawy. Bardzo miły właściciel pozwolił nam zameldować się wcześniej i bardzo szybko odpowiadał na nasze zapytania przez whatsup.

Ryan's flat is well equiped. Located close to a mall so getting groceries and eating outside is very easy. Pool entrance also at the same building. Communication with the host was also excellent.

Want to mention, that Rocky is friendly, polite and responsive host. The studio is small, but it's ok for this price. Everything worked fine, place has a balcony where you can dry clothes. There were little ants in the kitchen, but it's tropics and I guess you can live up with that. Despite the size, elevator system worked great, didn't have to wait for 10 mins to get one. Sound isolation is decent, didn't hear any noises. Hot water was exceptionally good and reliable The condo is huge with lots of amenities. During my stay sauna didn't work, everything else did. Very peaceful and beautiful place, totally liked it. The condo has a direct acces to Taman Anggrek mall with a ranch supermarket, probably the best choice for foreigners in Jakarta. For digital nomads: internet was stable, 50 mbis, was able to work without delays. In general, I would recomend this place for solo travelers or couples
