The Nest is a bright and comfortable queen suite with a private ensuite bathroom, including both a bathtub and shower. Located on the lower level of our lakefront home, the room offers a peaceful and relaxing setting just steps from beautiful Okanagan Lake. Guests can enjoy easy access to our private dock — perfect for a morning swim, coffee by the water, or unwinding at sunset. Queen (Green) Room - 120 steps from the beach, walk 10 minutes to downtown or 15 minutes to Kelowna General Hospital, a comfortable room with queen bed and full (3 piece including tub) private bathroom. Desk, TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in an energy efficient home (EnerGuide Rating 81 using an air-source heat pump). Breakfast is not provided nor is any other food service offered. We are a fully licensed B&B since 1996.

Blathanna b&b offers many unique amenities. The room is a separate dwelling from the main house, private patio with lake view, off street parking, quiet neighbourhood. A queen size bed with ultimate bedding, cozy sitting area, fabulous walk in shower with body jets, full gourmet breakfast and old world charm. This suite is not suitable for children and infants.
