SOUTHERN GRACE FARM

The 122 year old home, built in 1897, is mostly in it's original condition. Wifi and indoor plumbing have been added. The house is not fancy, but it's clean. Due to storm damage, some plaster was damaged and renovation is expected to begin in November 2019. Southern Grace Farm is a working horse ranch where we offer horse boarding, riding lessons, and trail rides. If you would like to participate in a trail ride while visiting us, please let us know. There is an additional fee.

Off Rt. 301, it's ideal for both short and extended stays. It has a private entrance, outdoor area with a fire pit and gas grill. Dogs are welcome with a small cleaning fee (see details).

Very SAFE spot near top tourist sites easy commute to Washington DC, The White House, monuments, Andrews Air Force Base & Army Reserve. Fisherman-friendly with plenty of parking for trucks/boats (fits 2+), plus outdoor outlet for charging. Many tournament guests stay here. Two friendly dogs live onsite, always crated and kept out of guest areas.
