Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

Welcome to our "little yellow house" (although, it's not really that little). Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

Open layout features king sized Murphy bed in main area with additional beds in the lofted space (stair-ladder). Tent/RV sites avail (inquire for rates). 47 acres with hiking trails along limestone bluffs, spring fed trout stream and hot tub soaks under starry skies. Nearby towns Spring Grove and Houston (17 mi) for food, brewery, bike trail and more.

Gunflint Acres

Nestled on a small hobby farm off a quiet gravel road, this place is the perfect spot to get away from the city. Whether you’re seeking some peacetime, a quiet place to reconnect with yourself, a loved one, and nature, you’ll be sure to find it out here.This is my own personal retreat and sanctuary that I call home. The front porch is a great spot to relax or read a book in the summer. The nice fireplace will keep you and a loved one warm on those chilly winter nights. Great space to relax.

The Aberdeen St. Charles, MN

The Aberdeen features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, 1 bathroom, and an open concept living room and kitchen, perfect for gathering! This lower level apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is steps away from the main street attractions. This unit also features a washer/dryer along with backyard access and one off-street parking spot under the carport. The Aberdeen is a short 25 minute drive from Rochester, 30 minute drive from Winona, and a short 10 minute drive to Whitewater State Park.

Two story apartment, spacious!

This is a furnished apartment in a renovated church. One bedroom with a queen bed and large walk in closet on the lower level. A stairway takes you to an upper loft with three twin beds. Pack n play available and high chair too, upon request. Pets are welcome. Located a very short walk to Sylvan Park which has a wonderful playground. Plenty of counter space for a gathering. You’re welcome to park your bikes inside the apartment if you don’t mind bringing them up the exterior stairs. :)

The Hygge (pronounced hyoo·guh) House is a tiny taste of Scandinavia in Southeastern Minnesota. What is Hygge? In short, it's a Scandinavian way of living that focuses on hunkering down and creating a safe, comforting and warm place to while away. My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. We love being cozy and having space to spend together so when the opportunity arose to renovate our studio, we wanted to share it!

Bin There, Done That (and Pickleball too!)

Bin There, Done That inspiration came from the television series "Texas Flip N Move." During one episode, an old grain bin was moved and repurposed into a home and from that Bin There, Done That was born. Here you will find a place to relax and refresh, a farming community surrounded by nature, good eateries, and local artisans. You can enjoy a variety of experiences and at the end of your stay you can say, "I've Bin There, Done That."
