The studio at Karen's is a beautifully private space in a green and serene spot in the Kent countryside. The space has been put together with taste, care and wonderful attention to detail. We had a lovely, relaxing overnight stay, felt warmly welcomed and the breakfast (yes guys, this is an Airbnb in the truest sense of the phrase) was absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate!

Lovely stay, me and boyfriend was in the area for Tulleys Farm Shocktober festival, and wanted to make the weekend out of it. We did a hike on Saturday which was beautiful and then ended up in the Fox pub which was so warming and casual, then off to the festival later that evening - all in all a very humble weekend. And staying in this lovely home made it even better!

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

We had a great stay at Tammy’s to celebrate our friends’ wedding in Greenwich! The house was the perfect space for our group, easily accessible to public transit or walkable, and clean and well stocked. Tammy was a friendly, gracious, accommodating, and proactive host.

Ben was super helpful and informative. The house is really impressive, both stylish and cosy. Kitchen was well stocked including milk and OJ and breakfast cereal, as well as other essentials. It was a great place to stay. Highly recommended thanks Ben

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

Killara is a kind, caring, friendly and welcoming host. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and attractive, and Killara has thought of many things, for example books, maps and information, to enhance a stay in her home and local vicinity. The location is only a short distance from Favenham railway station from where there is frequent access along both the coast and inland to Ramsgate, Dover, Canterbury and London and many other places. This was an ideal location for my walk from Ramsgate to the Hoo Peninsula. I would highly recommend.

Had to ask someone where wiggly path was, but as soon as pointed out it was obvious.

Another great stay at Alex’s place. The flat is on a pretty unique location right on Church Street and with views out over the rooftops towards central London. The flat is clean, tidy, and well equipped. Alex is a really helpful host and couldn’t have been more helpful with any questions.

A very enjoyable stay in a great apartment. A fantastic base to explore central London, you really are right in the heart of it all. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, a good size space, lots of character, comfortable, clean and considering the very central location it was very quiet and peaceful. And the provided foodstuffs and fizz were very generous and welcomed. Wim is a great host, excellent communications from start to finish and when we had a slight issue with initially entering the building, he replied instantly to my message and all was sorted out. Would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely apartment and I am sure I shall book again at some point.

Enzo and his mom are incredibly helpful and friendly. When we faced issues with the electricity, they would help us immediately. They are also very caring and did their best to ensure we are comfortable and satisfied with the stay. They are super generous with food and would sometimes bring down pizza for us. Thank you for having us and we had fun staying over! We would book again if we are staying in London! ❤️

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

Just completed an enjoyable stay for the London Marathon. Perfect location for walking to the start and opposite Greenwich train/DLR station to easily access the sights of London. Personal check in from Davey was excellent, showing us around the property and offering local knowledge for restaurants, shops and local activities. Comfortable property in a quiet location which met all the families needs.

We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Sejour Parfait ! Le logement de Gocke est parfait à tous points de vue : - accueillant - cosy -pratique Gocke nous a accueilli avec ses enfants pour tout nous expliquer et même nous donner des conseils sur le quartier' Nous avons adoré Highams Park ❤️ L'appartement est situé à 100 m de l'overground, en face d'un grand supermarché. le quartier est calme mais animé : nous avons testé 2 restaurants turcs, un indien et un pub traditionnel : au top ! l'accès à Londres est très facile Nous étions ravis de rentrer le soir au calme après de grosses journees en ville et retrouver ce petit quartier sympa ! We had a lovely weekend. Thank you very much. The lodge had a real home from home feel and we were very comfortable. The view was amazing just like the photograph and we enjoyed the village. We went walking in the Ashdown Forest, we cycled the forest way path which is the old railway line and we clocked up 35km it was a beautiful ride. The highlight was Pooh sticks off Pooh bridge which brought us back to our childhood. We will certainly be back. Thank you once again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we felt at ease from the moment we met Carol and Guy, they were so friendly and approachable which you don't normally find in AirBNB's. Always on hand to answer any queries that we had and also gave us ideas on things to do during our stay. We cannot recommend them highly enough and we would love to stay there again, and also see Marv, their amazing 'guard dog' who was super friendly and loved a little bit of attention!

We always choose to stay at Vivian's due to the proximity of the Euro tunnel and also due to the friendly and helpful reception of Vivian. The accommodation is always nice and cheerful and the room is always spotless. Breakfast in the morning sets us up for the day.

Wir waren auf der Rückreise aus Cornwall bei Sue. Empfangen wurden wir mit Kuchen und Kaffee im Garten. Sue ist eine offen,sympathische, sehr nette Frau. Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Exceptional hosts, wonderful, cozy, clean, and peaceful place, great countryside walks on your doorstep and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Accommodation was spacious and we had everything we could think of, even though the shower room is quite small, it serves its purpose well. Elaine couldn’t do more for us and we really enjoyed our stay with her and Teg. The breakfast really is out of this world and the attention to detail in everything Elaine does is something to be experienced. Hopefully will come back! Many thanks for everything Elaine and Teg.

Absolutely amazing stay! Sarah’s place is a true hidden-gem and would recommend anyone to stay there!

Charmant logement tant dans les touches de décoration que dans l'environnement, avec tout le nécessaire et bien plus encore (de quoi prendre le petit-déjeuner et des chocolats), parfaitement propre et bien situé pour visiter le Kent et notamment Douvres, Canterbury, le château de Leeds... Lieu extrêmement paisible avec une belle vue sur la campagne et des couchers de soleil hypnotisants, l'accès à un jardin adorable et la proximité de la faune sauvage. Jo est une hôte très accueillante qui a le souci de bien recevoir. Nous reviendrions avec très grand plaisir !

Absolutely loved my stay in the shepherds hut, beautiful scenery of the land. Was very nice and clean. Hot tub was a nice addition to are stay as was the swing in the forest. I would definitely be coming back to sue as she was such a friendly host. And she gave us some nice recommendations of places to go and visit. And lovely homemade breakfasts brought to us every morning. Can’t wait to come back.
