Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

The Lil Red Tiny House is located about 30 feet behind another home that is not currently occupied. Please Note: outdoor cameras are capable of recording.

Laurel Knoll Laurel Knoll is not your average cabin from a kit or local sawmill. The North Carolina trees used in this dovetail construction were hand-selected, cut down, and skinned by one man.
