Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. This apartment is attached to my home, but has a separate entrance. One queen bed. Kitchen area does not have a regular stove/oven but does have a counter top toaster/broiler/convection oven, brand new 2 burner stove top, electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator. Also, just added a TV to the apartment. Open area with couch and chair. Island top with 2 chairs. Private bathroom and access to washer & dryer. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.
