We are located 20 minutes from bustling Gaylord, 30 minutes from quaint Petoskey, 35 minutes from historic Mackinaw. We have a paddle boat, fire pit and grill all for your use. Clean cabin with UP NORTH log furniture nestled above the picturesque sunset side of beautiful BLACK LAKE! Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). 15min from Mackinaw and 10min from down town Cheboygan. 30min from Sturgeon Bay. A Michigan hidden gem!!! Snowmobilers! The cabin is 1/4 mile from the snowmobile trail between Mackinaw and Cheboygan! Ice fishing destinations within 30 minutes. Mullet, Burt and Paradise lake.
