Appartement avec très belle vue sur la mer

C'est un appartement 1 chambre double avec une vue incroyable sur la mer situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Sozopol et des plages. L'appartement est entièrement équipée avec climatisation, cuisine avec réfrigérateur et four, un canapé-lit, balcon, jardin avec barbecue, télévision avec câble, Wi- Fi ... Serviettes et linge de lit sont également inclus. Situé à 40 km de l'aéroport international de Bourgas, le transport peut être organisé.

Located near the Paradise Bay and the famous Bamboo beach, our garden pool apartment has both - the privacy you need for a holiday and a sea view. It is only 80 meters from the coast and is suitable for romantic holidays, families with up to 2 children or max. of 4 adults. It is practical and well organized at an area of 60+ m². The organization of the apartment allows you to have relaxing open air breakfast/lunch at sun or under a solid shade. The gardens and the pool are very well maintained.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
