Near WagonMaster Ranch for mini golf, & Charter tours on lake with dock pickup. It's out in the country on a gravel subdivision road. 40 min. to casino. NO PETS due to homeowner allergens- Cellular 5G pocket Wi-Fi modem at cabin.

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath house has an additional 2000 sq ft of open deck for entertaining and relaxing. Seasonal outdoor shower, grill, fire pit, plenty of outdoor furniture. The large private master bedroom has spacious ensuite bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. Hiwassee Lake is connected to the TVA. During fall and winter months lake levels will lower.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.
