An open floor plan w/studio bedroom, open living area, compact kitchen, and full bath (toilet/vanity inside, shower & soaking tub outside) are privately yours. Beautiful views throughout the cottage.

Our clean, newly updated home sleeps 6 and is within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Visit the Milbridge Commons for fresh vegetables, ocean bay views, and a playground, or enjoy the movie theater and Friday night concerts at the town marina. 20 minutes to the Schoodic Point and 45 minutes to Bar Harbor.

Hummingbird

Hummingbird sits about 50 feet from our house and about 150 feet from the shore of Joy Bay. Looking out the windows, you only see woods and water. There are no neighbors in sight. We have a dog who sees it as her duty to give everyone an enthusiastic greeting. The building is 12x16 and has a small bathroom and kitchenette. For cooking, there is an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, and pots and pans. The patio is 10’ by 16’ and has a table with 2 chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor cooktop.

Blueberry Dome Farmstay

Sleep under the stars nestled in our Maine Wild Blueberry patch. Just a 3 minute walk down our forest trail, this unique experience will allow you to be immersed in Maine nature and tranquility with some modern comforts. Relax in the hammock, pick a few wild blueberries, have a campfire in the chimera, and fall asleep to the stars. Enjoy comforts such as solar lights and power box, outhouse with a hot shower, sink, and basic composting toilet. Options to add meals, kayaking or farm tour.

Wilderness Glamping 200’ hill 22 acres off grid wooded area beautiful views of Mountains, Stream, Britton Prospect with traces of gold, silver and copper, trails around the Balsam Hill. ATV and Snowmobile Trails come right to Balsam Hill Cabins. The Cabins are right on the old Stagecoach Road that is 220 years old. We just fixed Old County Road to the Cabins. Tunk Stream Lodging

Cozy apartment with private entrance. Enter the mud room into the living room with TV and kitchenette. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser, closet, TV and vanity. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Very comfortable, cozy space. It is part of our home but very private. We're located on Tunk Stream, 1 mile from the Down East Sunrise Trail. Take a dip in our stream, hike around our area (blueberry barrens) or bring your 4 wheeler and take a run on the trail.

Keep it simple at this peaceful, Organic Farm. Wake up to deer feeding and birds singing outside your window in a quaint, small town.
