Happy Valley Pod is a Luxury Glamping Pod on our smallholding here in The Cotswolds. Ideal for a romantic break away, there is a wood burning hot tub where you can enjoy and take in our amazing views across Happy Valley. We are based on the outskirts of Little Tew just 2 miles away from Soho Farmhouse. Also, Diddly Squat farm is 11 minutes away, The Farmers Dog is 29 minutes away. All popular with guests. We don’t accept dogs here as the Happy Valley Pod is on a working farm with livestock.

The Hat's Hut - a cosy wooden self-contained hut

The Hat's Hut is a unique wooden hut set in a beautiful location on a working farm and looks out onto a paddock with horses and other wildlife, it has a 4ft5 by 5ft8 bed with a wall at each end. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house is tucked away on a quiet private road in the heart of the picturesque market town of Charlbury. Just a few minutes’ walk from charming local pubs serving delicious food and drinks. Only a 8-minute walk to the train station, with direct mainline services to London Paddington.

Our friendly village is a 10 minute drive from junction 12 off the M40, just a few miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury, with easy access to exploring the Cotswolds.

Alternatively use as a base to visit the delights of Oxfordshire, or even some retail therapy at Bicester Village.

This lovely self-contained annexe makes a cosy home-from-home for the business traveller, or a great place for a weekend escape. We are well placed for businesses in Daventry, Banbury and Brackley, as well as all the attractions of Silverstone, Oxford, Bicester Village and Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon. I can provide breakfast (and other meals) by arrangement.
