The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

Fantastic self-contained spacious accommodation which forms part of a Grade II listed barn conversion tucked away in a beautiful hidden Chiltern valley; perfect for walking and cycling from the doorstep but also only four miles from both Berkhamsted and Chesham stations with easy access to London. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.

There’s a private courtyard outside with table and chairs. We live in the main house and are happy to help while giving you full privacy ☺️

This beautiful home is situated right in the heart of the Chilterns AONB. Perfectly located for walkers, cyclists, travellers and commuters. Chesham Tube Station is 7 mins walk from the house with a direct tube into central London. Luton Airport is 30 mins and Heathrow T5 is 35 mins away by car. The area boasts some of the best walking and cycling in the country. It's only a 7 mins walk into the town centre with all amenities.

Popular with visitors to Warner Brothers Studios ‘ Harry Potter’ Bekonscot model village, Roald Dahl museum, Chiltern Open Air museum, Bovingdon Studios, Legoland, Windsor, and the train station 5 mins away straight into London Baker Street approximately 40mins, there are many lovely local pubs and walks on our doorstep.
