The Mountain View Cottage is a peaceful family base beside the Porongurup National Park, where private access to the adjoining park and walking trails begins right from the front door. Spend your days roaming forest paths, spotting kangaroos & birdlife, swimming in the dam, playing under big skies or simply slowing down into the quiet. Then come home to mountain views, a warm fire and a cottage that feels easy to sink into.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Chesterfarm and Stables

Our property has been lovingly, restored, with a difference. We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

A quiet place, on a bush block, next to the National Park. The guest suite is part of our home & is suitable for singles or couples. The Granite Skywalk & other tracks are not far away. There are local food outlets & winery's that are open on limited days. Mount Barker is 25 klm away & a good place for food & fuel. Telstra has the best coverage here & Internet and television is via satillite. Bluff Knoll & Albany are 40 klm away, with no services inbetween. We can provide milk, on request.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer Townhouse

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Hidden View

Our Hidden View has an amazing view of the local farm land and Torndirrup National park. Local birds love to join our guests on the balcony for a feed. The Accommodation is not big but practical. It is perfect for a couple. Too small for family. The living area is combine with an open kitchen/dining room opening to the decking which has a mini Weber, a table& chairs. The accommodation is not suitable for children due to safety and the size of the accommodation NO PETS ALLOWED.

Luxury Studio with Marina View

New spacious studio apartment with modern fresh furnishings.Amenities include full kitchen, bathroom and laundry with washing machine/dryer. This in-town apartment is a 5 minute stroll to the university, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and historic Albany. The marina, with Entertainment Centre, restaurants and coffee shops are a 10 minute walk away.Beyond, nearby Lawley Park, there is ready access to walking & bike trails, enabling guests to visit Middleton Beach and Emu Point.

The space is in the heart of town but has a secluded and tranquil feel. This architect designed home is light, spacious and open plan. There is a large deck with couches for relaxing in the garden, a large well equipped kitchen and a deep luxurious bath to soak in after a busy day of sight seeing .
