Has AC, ceiling fan, full bath w/ shower, small fridge, electric stovetop, microwave, high speed wifi (rare in Nica), and solar w/ battery back up. Located less than 100 yards from the sand directly on the Boom. Our bilingual local host is available for anything you need including transportation, rentals, boat charter, surf info, photos, volcano tours, etc.

A 1000 gallon tank ensures you have water all the time even when the public supply gets cut off by the town.

Caretakers on site. Leon is a short 15 minute cab away. Perfect way to escape the grind and find a paradise to relax.

Stunning views of the volcano range including 4active volcanoes and all the peace of the country make this a quiet getaway. It's located halfway between Leon and Managua,so our guests often come here to enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures in Leon before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book in the hammock. Our excellent WIFI is great for the remote worker. We have a larger casita that can also be booked.
