An outdoor seating area is reserved for your sole use - perfect for relaxing and letting your dog out. 120V EV charging available for add'l fee No cats allowed, sorry! This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
