The Storehouse - unique retreat near Holiday World

The Storehouse, a church built in the 1890s, is nestled in the serene backdrop of Grandview, Indiana. This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. You will love the original hardwood floors and stained glass windows in every room. Less than 15 min. from Holiday World and Lincoln State Park, there is much to do. Return and unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath property has a large family room, outdoor grilling space, eat-In kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. If you are looking for convenience, you have found it, as we are within walking distance of Holiday World (0.7 mile), the grocery store, Dollar Store, restaurants, liquor store and more. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property.

Whitetail Woods cabin w/ HOT TUB and Patoka pass

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin minutes from Patoka Lake entrance, winery, distillery, brewery, and dining! Perfect for family adventures, romantic getaways, ladies' weekends, and hunting trips. The cabin is located in peaceful Grant Woods surrounded by gorgeous Southern Indiana nature. You'll love relaxing in the 6-person hot tub, rocking on the covered front porch, and roasting marshmallows around the backyard fire pit. Cabin is a short drive to French Lick/West Baden.

Christmas Cottage

One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

The Patriot House

We would be delighted to welcome you to the Patriot House. This home is tucked away on 5 acres of dreamy countryside! It features a thoughtfully designed layout of 1,440 square feet and is the perfect mix of comfort and style. While the neighbors are nearby, they are far enough away to keep your secrets safe! Just a hop, skip, and a jump from Holiday World, 15 minutes away—and just 1.9 miles from Matilda’s wedding venue, it's the perfect getaway to relax and make unforgettable memories.

Lakeside Cottage

Perfect for couples, a private getaway with a soothing, rustic chic asthetic. Enjoy the wildlife, beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets from the tree tops! Propane fire pit on deck & wood fire pit in the yard with wood provided. Lots of places to relax around the property. About a 15 min drive into Owensboro which is a very cool year-round Rivertown! Be sure to check out Friday after 5:00 if you're coming on a Friday! Let us know if you are bringing kayaks or canoes please!

Iron Fence Farm - 2 miles from Holiday World

This large vintage farmhouse can accommodate 21 people with its 6 bedrooms and 14 beds all linens included. Towels and toiletries included along with custom showers with rainfall shower heads. This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom cottage sits on one acre just outside of Santa Claus. It has all the cozy touches of home as well as plenty of outdoor space including the comfy front porch, fire pit, and gas grilling area. Surrounded by fields and forest, it is the perfect place to unwind in the country. It includes a laundry room and all consumables outside of shower toiletries.

The Cabin - Near Holiday World & Splashin' Safari

If you'd like a true log cabin feel while staying on a beautiful, serene wooded 10 acre plot of land, this is the place for you and your friends/family! This small cabin has been reconstructed after being transferred to this location by the owner and his son. All of the decor and fixings are antique in style to fit the log cabin feel, to bring you back to the good ole days.
