This fully furnished charming cabin was designed to be cozy with the rich woods of an Arts & Crafts designed interior. Located on a horse property, with Spring Creek running behind the cabin, and Buzzard Gulch trailhead at one end of the road with BLM at the other, this location is the perfect home base to enjoy all this area has to offer or snuggle in for a weekend. Bike ride/hike the local trails by day and watch the Milky Way while enjoying an artisan fire pit by night!

River View - Cabin 7

Great cabin with 1 queen bed, kitchenette and private bath. Can add 1 full size bed for $20 with advance notice. 2 night min. stay for holiday weekends. Bedding, towels, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchenware provided. Pond and river view. Our new wifi has been reliable. Pet fees are $15 per pet per night to be paid on arrival, no pets on furniture, must be leashed, picked up after and not left unattended in cabins unless crated.

Country Cottage

Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024. Spruce Cabin in Cimarron, Colorado

Our small Studio-style Spruce cabin is ideal for one or two people. It has a small kitchen fully furnished with stove (Oven is turned off June - Oct ), small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The cabin has a queen size bed, dresser and small dining table with 2 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity with sink. Outside has a small covered porch with table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi and Roku TV.

The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. Combined with passive solar design principles, the solargon is an octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun. The vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows make the solargon bright and inviting. This is a perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, off the beaten path place to get away from it all.

Stay in a piece of Sapinero history! Cabin 2 is a remodeled historic cabin located inside Sapinero Village Campground near Blue Mesa Reservoir. Think of it as camping with a few extra comforts — a cozy place to sleep, space to prepare a meal, and a shared bathhouse just a short walk away. It’s a great home base for fishing, boating, hiking, and exploring the Gunnison area while enjoying a true Colorado campground experience.
