Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

With a beautiful pool and gigantic screened in area with comfortable patio furniture and a place to have your meals outside, you can't beat our guest house for enjoying Florida's weather. Our two bedroom, one bath trailer features a beautiful big deck perfect for morning coffee or evening dinner and drinks. Our place is centrally located to Rainbow Springs, Ocala, Crystal River and Dunnellon. ATV trails located a half mile away! Boat dock 3 miles away! Numerous walking and biking trails within 5 minutes.

Bike on the nearby Withlacoochee Trail. There are 2 bedrooms plus living room sleeper sofa, and a lanai with a day bed. Fully furnished. Orlando theme parks are 1 1/2 hour away, Busch Gardens 1 hour. Close to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa and Crystal River for manatee viewing or scallop season.

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.
