Great location - close to freeway, shops on the corner of the street, 5min drive to train station and the beach. Bus stop outside. Safe. Fantastic outdoor space with bbq facilities and a grass area. This is definitely home away from home. I do live here so you will be sharing the living space with me. I also have a little dog ‘Rosie’ who is very friendly.
