This was our first family trip to St Kilda, and we were very pleased with Marcus and Zahra’s apartment. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, with tram stops conveniently right out front and plenty to do within walking distance. The space was nicely equipped, just as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t encounter any issues, but Marcus was proactive in reaching out to ensure everything was going smoothly, which we appreciated. We’re already looking forward to returning to St Kilda and would gladly stay here again!

Naomi is an awesome host! She was so helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. The house is perfect for a Fitzroy stay and so easy to get to more restaurants, cafes and fun places than you can actually visit - you need months! The house was really comfy and easy to live in. We had an awesome week!

A lovely place for our extended family to come together for a weekend. Plenty of room to hang out, with own bedrooms. Great location, and wonderful View

It was a great stay, Tikali is a very responsible host and was kindly enough to allow us store our luggage during our trip to another city, really appreciate. She greeted us on the first and was always keeping in touch and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend her accommodation!

Tony was an amazing host and was super friendly and funny. The place was beyond expectations and was huge. It was super clean. Walking distance to everything. Would 100% recommend!

We had a brilliant stay over Christmas with our teenage kids. The apartment in a great neighbourhood and we enjoyed the space and the well appointed kitchen, the gym in the building and walks along the Yarra. Supermarket, coffee, parklands, nice hotels and a railway station are a short walk away. The secure car park in the building was handy too. There are many great features to the apartment (eg huge master bathroom and walk in robe, coffee, milk, juice, chocolates and chips were a nice welcome!). Only a few downsides being a smallish (double) bed in the master bedroom, and one of the other bedrooms has no windows or aircon (fine for our 15 year old son but this room might be challenging for a more discerning adult). BYO washing powder and bin liners, which are arguably necessities for a week-long family stay. Good communication with host. Overall - a fantastic stay!

Julia and Marcus’ was exactly what we were looking for and delivered exactly what we needed. Beautiful home with a spacious kitchen and living area with a modern bathroom. All inclusions were great and communication was thorough and detailed for our stay. Portacot for our 6 month was perfect too! Thanks for having us all !

Absolutely loved our stay in such a great apartment and excellent location walking distance to Lygon St and Princes Park. Thank you for all the little extra touches that made it so comfortable and welcoming - especially the coffee and local guide book! Hope to be back again to enjoy more time on the balcony at sunset.

A comfortable place to stay , 2 blocks from St Kilda Beach , Pier & Walking / Cycling tracks .Good morning coffee cafe near by . Simple place but has a cozy feel .

This was a good location and I appreciated Julia's flexibility. The apartment was clean, comfortable and she has lovely staff working for her. Julia was responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying at her property in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

This is a very comfortable house in a great yet peaceful location. It’s well equipped with what we needed. Boris is an excellent host, quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Katherine is excellent to deal with, very accommodating, friendly and always responsive. The property is very clean and tidy and has everything that we needed. Easy walking distance to Bridge Rd & Swan St and only a short walk to the MCG and City. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

Loved our stay at Louise & Ross’s AirBnB, and would stay again in a heart beat. Amazing location for our family trip, so close to the Richmond restaurants/pubs and tram stop/train station at each end of the road that goes straight into Melbourne. It is dangerous having a coffee shop across the road too! The house was amazing, felt like home, so comfy and having a washing machine and dryer was so useful during our stay with our baby, as we had washing to do daily. Louise & Ross were amazing hosts, provided amazing information on the house and were very easy to contact during our stay. We definitely book again on our next Melbourne trip!

Highly recommended! The unit is in a perfect location to explore the CBD. It is a few steps away from the Victoria State Library, Central Station, and several tram stops. Across the street is another mall with big-name brands. Chinatown is a 3-minute walk, and the Queen Victoria Market is a tram stop away. Yong was a very responsive host and gave clear instructions on how to get to the unit and how to access the key. We arrived at around 1:00 AM and we had no trouble locating the key and getting inside the building. The unit has everything you will need during your stay - iron, ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer. Kitchen is well-equipped, hot shower is working. There's a complete set of toiletries. Dishwashing liquid and detergent powder are also provided. Everything you need - it's there. And if it's not, you can just go down the building because there's BigW and Woolworths for all your grocery needs. Yong's place is just perfect! Will def stay again.

Such a beautiful space, great location, easy to find and the sunrises were incredible. The only negative would be the office building directly in front of the balcony which doesn’t allow a lot of privacy. But if on a weekend should be fine.

The Space - The studio was just as pictured and described, with a queen bed and daybed for sleeping. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette ensured that the studio provides all that is required. Beautifully presented and clean. It is within a short distance to acland Street arcade, where you will find plenty of shops close by, as well as public transport links. The Host - Wonderful! Banu is an exceptional host, brilliantly attentive without being intrusive. Banu always had local information to share and handy hints throughout our stay. We instantly felt at home here and wish we could have stayed longer. The disappointment would be too great if we were not to return, to this fabulous airbnb, host and amazing part of the world.

Sam helped us out in a pickle! He was super responsive and flexible in prebooking and check-in. We had to check out of other accomodation and booked this apartment the morning of, Sam was in constant communication with us and assisted us in flexible check in. The apartment itself is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment where our 1 year old was able to play around whilst also sleep separately to us in the portacot provided by Sam. The location is around a couple of bars and there was some night construction on at points, however it’s in the middle of the city so you can expect some noise like this. Overall it didn’t affect ours, or our baby’s sleep. Great stay from a great host.

Great location, 300m from tram, 500m from train station. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed, toiletries were a nice touch which made the place feel more luxurious, outstanding communication - best I’ve ever had with an airbnb host. Great place to stay as a solo traveller or a couple.

Anne is the poster child for how to run an outstanding AirBNB. Hands down, the Loggia was the best stocked rental I have ever used. The only thing I had to ask for was more kleenex, and this was bc I came down with a cold and used way more than my fair share. Within 10 minutes, I had a new box at my doorstep The unit is spacious, very quiet, on a beautiful quaint street. It is very safe and serene. It is about a one-mile walk to the grocery store, but just a 10-minute walk to a lovely cafe and an Italian restaurant. I was visiting from the USA; I come a couple of times a year to see my son's family with two grands. Anne was so sweet to include them and invite them to use the in-ground trampoline. Big hit! Oh, and if you are a cook, the kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'd ever need. Fortunately, I went 10 days without cooking :) Isn't that what vacations are for? I hope this rental is available for my next trip, I slept very well here!

Really great spot that we enjoyed. Awesome views of the city off the balcony and everything you need in the apartment. Nice rooftop space and a pool underneath which we utilised well. It is a prime location with a short walk to the city and 20 minute walk to Rod Laver. Woolworths and bottle-o just around the corner. Only thing I would note is the sofa bed may need an upgrade. It is sleep able, but not overly comfy and after 3 nights that was long enough. Please note it is not a huge issue though 😊 Thanks for the stay!
