Fantastic flat that has been totally remodeled. Offers the best experience for your stay-classic Italian residential building with internal courtyard. Close and easy access to all tourist locations (tram takes you direct to Il Duomo. ) Business traveler will find us convenient also. The flat is located in a quiet and upscale residential neighbood, in a very safe area. Access is gated and there is a concierge. No need for carrying bags up the stairs as there is an elevator. CHECK IN 8.00 - 13.00

La casa di Nina [CityLife - MiCo]

Grande appartamento in zona City Life, vicino al centro congressi Allianz MiCo. L’alloggio è curato in ogni dettaglio e ideale per ospitare viaggiatori da tutto il mondo. Al suo interno sono presenti due ampie camere da letto, due bagni e una zona giorno affacciata sul verde degli alberi. La zona è ben connessa con i mezzi pubblici e l'appartamento è anche comodo per raggiungere lo stadio Meazza di San Siro. Biancheria da letto, asciugamani puliti e kit doccia sono a disposizione per gli ospiti.

Casa Moda è uno spazio moderno e accogliente dotato di tutti i confort, perfetto per una coppia o per soggiorni di lavoro. Situato in una zona strategica della città, ideale per chi vuole raggiungere il centro in poco tempo. Il loft è a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Gerusalemme della metro M5 e ben collegato grazie ai tram 1, 12, 14 e 19. A pochi passi da supermercati, ristoranti, bar e farmacie. Benvenuti nel nostro bellissimo Loft di Design finemente ristrutturato, dagli spazi ampi e luminosi. Il palazzo è elegante ed è situato in una zona molto sicura e centrale di Milano. La sua posizione è estremamente strategica. A soli 4 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della Metropolitana De Angeli (Linea Rossa M1) che ti consentirà di raggiungere rapidamente Piazza del Duomo e tutte le zone più centrali della città in soli 9 minuti. Lovely third floor studio in the heart of Milan, right next to Arco della Pace. Adjacent to the newly renovated apartment is a terrace facing Piazza dei Volontari square. Spend your day enjoying a walk in the beautiful Parco Sempione and visiting the city's landmarks (all below a 20min walk). At night this area transforms in one of the trendiest in Milan, with a great variety of restaurants and bars. Be aware that since the apartment is in a liberty building from 1924 there is no elevator.

Next to the lively Corso Vercelli and Via Marghera, where you can find great bars and restaurants. Supermarkets and transportation at walking distance. The apartment is perfectly located both for guests that want to visit the city center and for guests who need to go to Rho Fiera Milano.

RosenHome 1 - Fiera - City Life - San Siro

RosenHome 1 it's a little gem in the heart of Milan. The terrace and the patio below gives the house a special touch. You can enjoy eating outside from March to November. The house is fully furnished with all the comforts and it is located in a fancy area with supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. Available underground lines are red and violet at only 250 mt. walking. The glamouros City Life district with the big park and all the restaurants and shops is only 400 mt. away.
