Ciudad Vieja : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We had a wonderful time in Becky’s home! The garden area in the center was so peaceful. Coffee and breakfast at the large outdoor table was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was within walking distance to endless Antigua amenities! Becky was always proactive and able to meet our needs before we even asked! We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family of 4 (with a 3 and a 7 year old) stayed here for the month of February and LOVED this place. We legitimately are planning on returning for the fall. Gorgeous three bedroom, 2.5 bath. Comfortable couch and beds. Beautiful light and great airflow. The neighbors were all lovely and the house is walking distance from some community squares with welcoming locals and great street food. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, communication was solid, and we really appreciated the weekly cleanings. Things to note: - The living room/dining/kitchen has high ceilings - there is a very loud echo. Like, very loud. - The house could really use some baking sheets and a vacuum - You are a 30 minute walk into Antigua town Honestly, this place is awesome.

Tuvimos problemas un poco para el ingreso por que íbamos en carros separados con mis familiares por las normas de la residencial , pero se movieron rápido y nos ayudaron sin tema lo demás súper bien limpio , buena ubicación todo muy tranquilo

My family and I had a great time staying in Vale’s place. We each had our separate rooms and bathrooms but still felt cozy and like we were at home. The view from the rooftop is incredible. We visited during semana santa and felt Vale’s place was close enough to the center without feeling crowded. We were able to view the processions and enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the neighbors were so kind. I look forward to staying here again for a longer period of time to fully enjoy the house.

This is such a wonderful home! It is in a great location and very spacious. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The host was responsive and the caretaker was quick to answer any questions and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

La casa preciosa, muy limpia, la ubicación es excelente, se camina al centro de antigua sin problemas o en la calle principal para bus o tuc tuc, la casa en un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo, muy privado.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente ⭐️ es espaciosa, ideal para grupos grandes como el nuestro. Tiene cinco habitaciones cada una con su propio baño, lo cual fue muy conveniente, camas matrimoniales full double, y todo estaba impecable, limpio, sin manchas ni olores, y la decoración nos encantó, con detalles a la antigua que hace que uno se sienta en ambiente. La cocina es amplia y está muy bien equipada, también hay varios espacios comunes para compartir en grupo, lo cual fue un gran plus. El parqueo es amplio, pero la altura es baja, por lo que solo entra bien un carro tipo sedán. Nosotros llevábamos vehículos grandes y los dejamos fuera. Como fuimos en Semana Santa, por ahí pasan procesiones ciertos días, y nos advirtieron mover los carros desde temprano❗️afortunadamente, a una cuadra hay un parqueo privado muy seguro, donde los dejamos todo el día por Q100 😌 La atención fue excelente!! Sin duda volveríamos

Si andas por Guatemala, te tienes que hospedar aquí, Ericka súper amable y muy accesible a varias zonas de la ciudad

Anne's apartment was great, as described! It was conveniently close to Cayalá (a 10-minute walk across the street) and closer to other places like Cemaco and its nearby stores/restaurants. Her place, specifically, was very comfortable and well-organized - I would definitely visit again! Thank you, Anne!

Wonderful apartment. Beautiful clean and luxurious. Only downside was that the pool was not heated, which is what my kids were really looking forward to, and the reason we chose this place. It was broken for several weeks according to the manager downstairs.

Excelente lugar. Muy cerca de todo. Limpio y ordenado. Tiene todo para pasarla muy bien o si llegas unos días por negocios

Todo tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos, sin quejas de nada, ojo, la zona es muy ruidosa, pasan patrullas, bomberos y mil cosas, el aeropuerto está muy cerca así que es normal el ruido de aviones, pero eso a mi no me molesta nada, además si cierran las ventanas disminuye mucho el ruido, solo lo menciono por que hay personas muy delicadas; el acceso es muy sencillo y todo super limpio, lo recomiendo mucho.

Very nice and comfortable stay in a quiet part of town. The place is clean and has everything you need for your star. It is quite distanced however from main attractions, restaurants etc which means at least a 10-15 min walk anywhere. The restroom is also not attached to the bedroom which means you have to walk quite a bit to get there. Thanks Kendra for the nice stay!

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

lugar 100/10. apartamento con 3 cuartos ideal para grupos medianos y con 2 espacios para vehículos. Unico detalle muy menor es que no hay jabón para ducharse pero el resto es de lujo. Recomendado siempre.

Muy buena ubicación, igualmente la comunicación fue muy buena.

Nice apartment with great security features. There were several restaurants, a pharmacy and a nice grocerie store in lower portion of the building. Felt very comfortable and would stay again.

We stayed 9 days in Carlos Eduardo’s apartment. The location was great for our needs. The kitchen was nice with a full sized stove and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. It was quite at night and the building very secure. We would rent it again.

Un excelente lugar !! La estancia de Silvia es un excelente lugar, el condominio es muy seguro, muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. hay que tener claro que no esta directamente en antigua Guatemala sin embargo esta a unos 10- 15min del centro de antigua y el uber llega muy rápido . la casa esta muy bonita, acogedora, te hace sentir en casa, los cuartos son agradables , los baños limpios y tiene todo para que te puedas cocinar lo cual fue de mucha ayuda. hay una plaza comercial a 1km de ahi que tiene todo lo necesario. el area de alberca esta bastante a gusto para pasar un buen rato en familia y su terraza esta increible para algo mas privado con tus acompañantes. me encanto la casa, sin duda alguna me hospedaria ahi nuevamente.

Lo mejor del area. El lugar es hermoso, jacuzzi funcional y el anfitrión siempre atento. Nos enamoramos de este magnifico lugar, una joya!
