Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Il se trouve à 2 minutes de marche seulement de la station de métro el Clot (ligne rouge et violette : à 10 min de la place Catalunya et à 4 min à peine de la Sagrada Familia). Dans la même station, vous pourrez prendre le train Renfe vers et depuis l'aéroport de Barcelone (30 min) L'immeuble (qui a seulement cinq ans) se trouve dans une zone agréable, bien reliée aux quartiers touristiques de la ville et bien moins bondée ! Les plages de Poble Nou sont accessibles à environ 20 minutes à pieds, et vous êtes très proches de la tour Agbar, du théâtre national, du marché Encants et de tous types de boutiques et de restaurants.
