Victorian Ocean front Cottage

Relax in a country comfortable atmosphere and savor the magnificent view of the ocean from your spacious living room. Your deck has a magnificent view of the ocean that has the highest tides in the world and comes complete with Adirondack chairs and a dining area allowing you to sit back and enjoy the fresh salt air and the magnificent view. This cottages is also wheelchair accessible. Their are two other cottages on the property. Our Nautical theme cottage and our Contemporary themed cottage.

Treehouse by the Lake

A paradise in the woods, a place to connect with nature. Sit in tranquility with the living creatures near the lake. No wifi, we have NATURE. Along the path there is a seperate building which houses the toilet and a different building for shower. Treehouse comfortable for two. Fire pit located close to the lake and a trail that goes to the kayak and the raft. Relax on our Bali inspired swing. Sunbath on the wharf SHARED-Two person kayak and raft. Shower disabled in the cold winter mths.

Located on the Acadian French shore the neighbors are mostly bilingual (english/french) speakers with a unique and interesting history and a friendly disposition. Good location for day trips to Yarmouth, Annapolis Royal, Digby, and Digby neck, whale watching . Very close to Gran Fondo starting point and Clare golf course

Riverside Retreat of Mavillette

Take it easy at this tranquil riverside getaway. A self contained, open concept unit. Relax on the back deck and watch the birds and look for deer, or bring your kayaks and launch them right from the back yard. 1km to Nova Scotia famous Mavillette beach. Mavillette river in the back yard is great for swimming and leads right through the wetlands to the Ocean. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the cool crisp salt air of the ocean as you sit by a campfire and relax at night. Or take a stroll down to the beautiful Mavillette Beach only 10 minute walk or two minute drive from the cottage! You also have to option to check out the lighthouse that was originally built in 1859 or the fisherman’s memorial located on the same grounds! Or simply enjoy the beauty that comes with being by the coast! Located only 25 minutes from Yarmouth!

Au Ford du Lac

In the rural Acadian community of Clare, you will find our fully equipped, recently updated, 1 bedroom + loft A-Frame style chalet sitting on a quiet lake. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from wall to wall windows, wrap around deck, or while sitting in the hot tub. Loft: 1 king & 1 single bed - excellent for traveling with children. Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room: double pull out sofa & futons. We live next door so let us know if anything is missing during your stay!

Kick back and relax in this spacious lakeside heat pump, infloor heated cottage, new August 2023. The separate bedroom with queen bed, has a beautiful barn slide door. The main living area has a queen sofa couch. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets or a campfire by the lake . For your added pleasure is a six man, hot tub, nestled in the woods under a beautiful gazebo - shared with one (2 person) cottage. Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, mountain bikes, swim in the lake, or enjoy leisure walks.

We would like to share this piece of our paradise with you, located on a tranquil, crystal clear lake. Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

The Narrows

Great place for swimming, canoeing and fishing. Located 5 minutes from Mavilette Beach Provincial Park and nearby a convenience store.
